The Dental Prosthetic Process
The dentist takes an upper and lower impression of the patient's dentition. Our dental prosthetic laboratory receives the impressions from the dental office and creates models from the impressions.
After trimming the models and mounting them with the dentist provided bite registration, the case is ready for a wax set-up. Plastic teeth are chosen according to the dentist's diagnosis and tooth shade selection.
After approval of the wax try-in by the patient and Dentist the wax dentures are processed into acrylic.
The final result is a high quality prosthetic denture.
